Pattern Cut Round Air Vent - Unfinished Wood Return Air Grill
These round air vents are made by Pattern Cut from Baltic Birch plywood covered in veneer and come in 5 sizes. Our wood return air grilles come unfinished and can either be painted or stained. The round air vents are offered in a cherry, oak or maple veneer. Note that the maple veneer has a better wood grain for painting. The wood return air grill does not come with a damper, but will work as either a supply or air return. Install the 1/4" thick round air vents onto the wall or ceiling by ordering with pre drilled screw holes and screws. Do not use these grilles on the floor as they cannot support the foot traffic.

Wood Return Air Grill Important Details:
- Round air vents cannot be used on the floor
- Measure current duct diameter to order correct size
- Faceplate has outside dimensions 1.75" larger than listed size
- Maple veneer has a tighter wood grain for paint to be less visible
- Item is considered special order, non returnable and cannot be canceled once an order is placed
- Allow 3-5 weeks for item to ship out from the manufacturer

Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.
Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.
Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.
Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.
Returns of open/used products are not accepted.
Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
