How to Measure for a Wall Vent:
- Remove your existing vent completely and measure the actual hole that is in the wall or ceiling
- Determine whether you need a damper to control the airflow (known as a register) or just an open grille
- Order based off the actual hole opening in your wall or ceiling. For example, if the hole measures 4" x 12" then you will want to order a 4" x 12"
