Made specifically for hard to fix deep scratches and holes. Contains everything you need including 9 different wax colors that can be mixed to create even more hues.         Directions for Dr. Schutz Floor Repair Kit:

        • Before using, read and understand all instructions
        • Even out hole in laminate, wood, or resilient flooring with a sharp blade
        • Round off sharp edges with the brow and scrub with grey pad to even out further
        • Clean the area thoroughly with a cotton cloth to be sure it is free of dirt or dust
        • Remove the yellow protective cap then press button while pen is facing downwards to activate the heating tip
        • Letting go of the button allows for the tip to cool. Pressing and letting go will help regulate the temperature
        • If product starts to smoke it is too hot. Release the button and allow to cool
        • Choose the first filler rod that matches the lighter shade of flooring. Mix wax rods together for the perfect shade
        • Dip the tip of the melting pen into the wax and then place wax in the hole. Repeat until the hole is completely full
        • With the flat size of the melting pen rub any extra wax in or around the hole
        • To mimic the floor grain melt a small amount of the darker wax and apply with the edge of the brown slider
        • Even out surface with the white abrasive pad. To seal surface carefully guide pen over the hole dabbing lightly
        • Once applied allow to dry for 6 hours before walking on

        Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.

        Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.

        Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

        Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

        Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.

        Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

        Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.

        Returns of open/used products are not accepted.

        Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.

        Shipping charges are not refundable.

        InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.

        Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.

        All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
