Grout Aide Marker for Use on Colored Grout
Grout Aide marker by SKM Industries is a colored grout marker which makes it simple to update colored grout. The colored grout marker provides you with an incredibly easy way to refresh the color of tile grout, and can also be used to completely change grout color.
The Grout Aide marker's solution is non-toxic, water-resistant, fast-drying and non-bleaching, so it can even be used in a non-ventilated bathroom. The colored grout solution contains both pigment and an antimicrobial sealant to prevent mold and mildew staining. Easily transform the appearance of any grout when repairing tile surfaces with the Grout Aide marker. Colored grout markers come in over 34 different grout colors. Each colored grout marker covers approximately
175 lineal feet of average grout lines. These markers contain 7.4 ml (1/4 fl oz) of solution.

Grout Aide Marker Instructions:
- Wash the surface you are working with before you begin
- Before opening the Grout Aide Marker shake for 30 seconds. When you hear the mixing ball, it is ready to go
- Remove the top and gently press the nib down on a piece of paper until the colored grout comes out.
Be patient, it needs to fill all of the nib pores completely. - To apply a thinner coat, you can dip the tip of the Grout-Aide Marker in a little clean water
- The Grout Aide Markers grout takes about 2 minutes to dry, so if you make a mistake, simply wipe it off with a wet towel and start over!

*** NOTE: Always test Grout Aide Markers in a small inconspicuous area first. Remember that the color shown is based on covering white grout. The color will change based on the color it is going over (you may get a more true color adding multiple coats). Think of it like hair dye: the color on the box is not necessarily the color your hair will turn out because they put the dye on a light blonde hair. If the color does not match or is not to your liking, quickly wipe the grout clean with a damp cloth. DO NOT let it dry.

Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.
Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.
Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.
Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.
Returns of open/used products are not accepted.
Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
