        Cement Grout Haze Remover | Stone & Tile Haze Remover

        This highly effective grout haze remover for cement grout also removes residue and latex additive film. Use this grout haze remover immediately after grouting (clean up process) or post-installation. During installation of grout, add this cement grout haze remover to clean-up water to eliminate cement haze. This not only effective eliminates grout haze but also reduces the amount of water needed for grout cleanup. Use this grout and tile haze remover at full strength to (non-diluted) when you need to remove dried cement grout residue. Sold in a 32 oz bottle which covers approximately 600 to 1200 square feet depending on the type of surface, porosity, texture, temperature and method of application.

        Omni Cement Grout Haze Remover Application Steps - During Grout Installation Clean-up Process:

        1. Add approximately 3 ounces of cement grout haze remover to every gallon of water used in the grout cleanup process
        2. Perform grout cleanup per manufacturer's instructions
        3. If sealer is to be applied, allow surface to dry 24 hours prior
        Omni Cement Grout Haze Remover Application Steps - After Grout Installation Clean-Up Process:
        1. Apply cement grout haze remover liberally on cement grout residue using a sponge, mop, or brush
        2. Allow grout haze remover to dwell on surface for up to 10 minutes
        3. Agitate with a white nylon scrub brush or other non-marring scrubbing tool until cement grout residue is removed from the surface
        4. Thoroughly rinse surface with water. A wet/dry vacuum may also be used
        5. Wipe surface completely dry using a clean, dry, white cotton or micro-fiber towel
        6. If sealer is to be applied, allow surface to dry 24 hours prior to applying

        Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.

        Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.

        Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

        Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

        Payment must be made before items ship. 

        Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.

        Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

        Please call 866-258-1554 or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.

        Returns of open/used products are not accepted.

        Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.

        Shipping charges are not refundable.

        InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.

        Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.

        All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
