        Nilodor Kit - RedOut and Fresh Spot Stain Remover

        Red stains on carpet are history with Nilodor. The 2 step red stains remover kit includes 1 quart bottle each of RedOut and Fresh Spot. This red stain remover kit by Nilodor removes stubborn color spots and stains where bleach cannot be used. The Fresh Spot detergent is for use on fresh stains such as Kool-Aid, foods, clay, washable inks, sugars and more. Nil Odor RedOut red stain remover is for elimination of stubborn color or dye residues, such as varnish stains, old coffee spots, colored medicines, etc. With this two-part cleaning system, no stain will last with help from the NilOdor kit!

        Both bottles in this red stain remover kit are Quart (32 oz) size.

        Carpet Red-Out Product Highlights

        Red-Out Stain Remover Directions:

        • Saturate the spot with Red-Out
        • Cover spot with pad of paper toweling. Weigh down pad with a non bleeding agent
        • Inspect spot after half hour and re-wet with Red-Out
        • If necessary, allow treatment to remain overnight
        • Rinse several times with clean water and absorb into a sponge or clean white towel
        Fresh Spot Product Highlights:
        • This stain remover is a emulsifying, neutral, nonionic detergent effective on fresh accidents
        • Effective on fresh stains such as animal and beverage stains, clay, dirt, feces, food, ice cream, and washable inks
        • Fresh Spot is a super, all purpose spotter
        Fresh Spot Directions:
        • Apply clean water to spot
        • Apply Fresh Spot and blot and absorb with clean white towel
        • Rinse with clean water and blot after spot or stain has been removed
        • Repeat if necessary
        • Dry by blotting with a clean white towel, place a non-bleeding weight on towel to help soak up stain into towel
        • Allow to dry

        Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.

        Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.

        Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

        Payment must be made before items ship. 

        Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.

        Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

        Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.

        Returns of open/used products are not accepted.

        Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.

        Shipping charges are not refundable.

        InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.

        Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.

        All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
