        How to Use Dr. Schutz Total Floor Care Kit:

        • Be sure to dust/clean floors free of all dirt and debris with a broom or vacuum.
        • When you are deep cleaning your floors of heavy build up of cleaners or dirt you want to start with the clean and strip.
        • For day to day use or after using the clean and strip you will use the R1000 Floor Cleaner to get rid of stains and soiled floors by binding dirt and refreshes the floor at the same time.
        • If you have used the clean and strip then you will need to use the Floor Mat to refinish the floors and help prevent stains and protect the floor from damage.
        • Last step is enjoy your clean, fresh LVT!

        • Clean and Strip - Gentle floor stripper to remove old built up residue and cleaning products as well as deep dug in dirt.
        • Routine R1000 Floor Cleaner - Hard floor active cleaner that binds dirt and dust and ensures all marks and stains are removed. Refreshes and cleans floors all at once.
        • Floor Mat Floor Polish - Protects and refinishes the floor with elastic anti-slip film. Helps prevent dirt from adhering to the floor and help make regular day to day cleaning easier.

        Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.

        Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.

        Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

        Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

        Payment must be made before items ship. 

        Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.

        Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

        Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.

        Returns of open/used products are not accepted.

        Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.

        Shipping charges are not refundable.

        InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.

        Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.

        All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
