        Oiled Floor Care Set - Dr. Schutz Wood & Cork Floor Kit

This floor care set from Dr. Schutz works great not only for day to day cleaning but freshening up your floors so they are like new again with a beautiful silk matte look.         Dr. Schutz Total Floor Care Kit Includes:

        • Mop Head
        • Green Rough Scrubbing Pad
        • White Smooth Cleaning/Applicator Pad
        • 2 of the Wood Care 750 ml (routine cleaner) 1000sq ft per liter
        • H2Oil 750 ml (freshens up you floor surface) 1000sq ft per liter

        Instructions for Wood Care (day to day cleaning):

        • Be sure to dust/clean floors to remove all dirt and debris with a broom or vacuum
        • Dilute with a ratio of 1:100 (10 ml to 1 liter of water)
        • Be sure to use correct dilution as repeated use of an excess dosage can result in increased slipperiness
        • Gently wipe floor surface with diluted solution
        • Allow to dry

        Instructions for H2Oil:

        • Dust/clean floors to remove all dirt and debris with a broom or vacuum
        • Be sure to clean and mop the floors with Wood Care first and follow the instructions for that product
        • Wait for the Wood Care to completely dry before applying the undiluted H2Oil with a dry fluff free mop in a thin coat
        • Allow to dry overnight or for at least 12 hours outside of direct sunlight and without under floor heaters on

        Tip: Natural floors such as wood and cork and should never be exposed to high moisture or wetness such as pooling for extended periods of time. They can absorb moisture causing floors to warp.

        Warehouse Rush means your order will take priority in the warehouse to ship out as soon as possible. Warehouse Rush fee varies according to product(s) ordered. Shipping fees will be calculated and shown once all items have been added to the cart and your shipping method has been selected.

        Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.

        Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.

        Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

        Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

        Payment must be made before items ship. 

        Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.

        Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

        Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.

        Returns of open/used products are not accepted.

        Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.

        Shipping charges are not refundable.

        InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.

        Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.

        All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
