Sure Shine Cleaner Directions
Damp Mopping for Lightly Soiled Tarkett Floors:
- Use one capful of cleaner per gallon of water
- Make sure mop is damp but well wrung out before mopping floors
- Do not flood floor
- Rinsing is NOT required
Washing Very Soiled Floors:
- Use 4-6 oz of Sure Shine vinyl cleaner per gallon of water
- Working in small areas at a time, apply vinyl cleaner liberally
- Let cleaning solution sit for 1-2 minutes before scrubbing with mop or scrub brush
- Pick up excess cleaner with a mop or wet vac
- Rinse vinyl floor thoroughly with clean water (with clean mop)
- Let floor completely dry before allowing foot traffic
This Tarkett cleaner can also be used to remove Sure Shine Polishes and other finishes from your vinyl floors.
Tarkett Cleaner Stripping Finishes Directions:
- Use 4-6 oz of Sure Shine cleaner per gallon of water and add 1/2 cup ammonia to the gallon of solution
- Using the cleaning solution with ammonia, follow the cleaning directions for "Very Soiled Floors"

Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.
Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.
Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.
Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.
Returns of open/used products are not accepted.
Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
