        Cal-Flor Mix 2 Match TileFix - Tile Repair Kit

        Quick and effective tile repair with Cal-Flor TileFix kit. It includes formulas for 18 colors for unlimited color combinations so even subtle tones can be matched. TileFix dries quickly and is wax-free. It can be used on tile, stone, marble, concrete, vinyl and wood. Make home improvement easy with this Mix 2 Match tile repair kit.

        Tile Repair Kit Includes:

        Before using the tile repair kit, make sure all surfaces are clean and free from dust and dirt. Shake all bottles thoroughly before use.

        Cal-Flor TileFix Instructions:

        1. Refer to color formula chart included in package.
          • Choose the color that best matches the repair area.
          • Measure the required amount of putty onto the mixing board by using the reference lines and then add the required amount of tint drops to the putty using the mixing stick, mixing thoroughly until an even color is achieved.
          • The colors can be made lighter or darker by adding more or less putty or by adding the white tint to your mixture.
          • To achieve very light colors, add 1/3 to 1/4 to the mixture, to the neutral putty until the desired color is achieved.
        2. Apply with spatula, slightly overfilling the affected area of repair. Scrape off any excess with spatula. Allow to dry for 2-3 hours.
        3. When the mixture is dry, gently rub away the excess to the surrounding area with a damp cloth until the surface is smooth.
        4. If shrinkage occurs, re-apply the above formulation.
        5. Once the repair is completely dry, apply included clear lacquer over the area using the brush.

        You can even create a graining or marble effect with this kit. Instructions to do this are included.

        Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.

        Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.

        Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

        Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

        Payment must be made before items ship. 

        Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.

        Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

        Please call 866-258-1554 or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.

        Returns of open/used products are not accepted.

        Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.

        Shipping charges are not refundable.

        InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.

        Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.

        All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
