        Urethane Cleaner for Grout Haze - Blaze Urethane Grout Cleaner

        Urethane Cleaner will remove grout haze left behind from the installation process. Blaze Urethane Grout Cleaner is an environmentally friendly product that works exceptionally well for tough to clean-off surfaces such as high gloss areas, frosted or etched glass, and porcelains. Use this urethane cleaner on natural stone, masonry, and concrete. It also works great on ceramic, porcelain, and glass tiles. Blaze Urethane Grout Cleaner by Bostik is an effective formula that will remove even the toughest urethane grout haze.

        Blaze Urethane Grout Cleaner will cover approximately 350 to 400 sq. ft. per 24 oz. spray bottle. This number is only an approximate since there will be variations in spraying application and the actual condition of grout haze. A white scrubbing pad similar to a Doodlebug cleaning pad can be used to apply grout haze cleaner.

        This urethane cleaner comes in a 24 oz ready to use spray.

        • Use to clean haze as you go when installing urethane grout
        • Clean tough haze by using a scrub pad made for delicate surfaces
        • Dilute urethane cleaner in a 1 part cleaner to 3 parts warm water for a daily tile cleaner

        Urethane Grout Haze Prevention Tips

        • Perform on test area before beginning to grout main surface
        • Pre-seal porous surfaces and natural stone with water based sealer
        • Sealing may also be beneficial for some types of textured surface tiles, and porcelain tiles
        • Use damp sponge to pre-wet tile surfaces, take care not to flood surface
        • Only grout surface as far as you can reach
        • Lightly wash surface with damp sponge before moving to new section
        • Change sponge water every 75-100 sq ft and use a 2-3 bucket system to avoid contamination

        Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.

        Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.

        Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

        Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

        Payment must be made before items ship. 

        Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.

        Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

        Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.

        Returns of open/used products are not accepted.

        Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.

        Shipping charges are not refundable.

        InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.

        Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.

        All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
