        Penetrating Sealer for Natural Stone & Tile - Omni Sealer

        Economical but effective penetrating sealer for natural stone, unglazed tile, masonry and grout surfaces. This Omni sealer can be used indoors and outdoors, which makes it a perfect for exterior brick, pavers, saltillo, stucco and terra cotta.  Using this penetrating sealer makes on-going maintenance easier. When using this penetrating sealer for natural stone, you can expect up to 3 years of expected wear, depending on type, density, foot traffic and cleaning methods. The Omni Penetrating Sealer is sold in a 32 ounce bottle, which covers approximately 75 to 375 square feet per coat.

        Use Omni Penetrating Sealer On:

        • Unglazed tile (ceramic, porcelain and quarry)
        • Natural Stone (granite, limestone, marble, onyx, quartzite, sandstone, serpentine, slate, soapstone and travertine)
        • Concrete and masonry surfaces (brick, pavers, Saltillo, stucco and terra cotta)
        • Sanded and non-sanded cement grouts
        • Interior and exterior applications

        Application Directions for Penetrating Sealer:

        1. Apply Omni Penetrating Sealer liberally using a sponge, sprayer, mop, paint-pad applicator paint roller, brush or white cotton or micro-fiber towel
        2. Allow Penetrating Sealer to penetrate surface for up to 5 minutes
        3. Wipe surface completely dry using a clean, dry, white, cotton or micro-fiber towel
        4. Some surfaces may require 2 or more coats
        5. Allow at least 30 minutes drying time between coats
        6. Surface is ready for traffic in 12 hours after final coat. Keep area dry for at least 24 hours
          Expert Tip: Periodic testing of sealed surface is recommended by applying a few drops of water to area. If water soaks in, apply additional coat(s) of Penetrating Sealer

        Once you have properly sealed your surface with this penetrating sealer, you will need a cleaner for every-day-use. Purchase the Omni Concentrated Cleaner with the Omni Sealer.

        Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.

        Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.

        Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

        Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

        Payment must be made before items ship. 

        Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.

        Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

        Please call 866-258-1554 or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.

        Returns of open/used products are not accepted.

        Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.

        Shipping charges are not refundable.

        InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.

        Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.

        All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
