        Efflorescence is the white, powdery deposits on the surfaces such as concrete basement retaining walls, brick and other masonry surfaces. You no longer have to "live" with the unsightly look of Efflorescence with this Omni remover product. The unique formula of the Omni Efflorescence Remover  removes and inhibits the reoccurrence of the deposits. Even though the title of the cleaner makes you think of hard-core chemicals, this efflorescence remover is non-toxic, non-flammable, biodegradable and VOC compliant. Eliminate efflorescence from the stone surfaces in your home with Omni!

        Sold in a gallon container which covers approximately 50 to 250 square feet, depending on the type of surface, porosity, texture, temperature, and method of application.

        Use Omni Efflorescence Remover On:

        ***Please Note This efflorescence remover may etch, lighten or alter the color of cement-based surfaces, metal, natural stone (such as marble, limestone and other acid sensitive stones) and tile.

        Instructions for Cleaning Efflorescence from Brick, Masonry and Grout:

        1. Sweep or vacuum surface to be cleaned to remove any loose contaminants
        2. Apply a small amount of water to the surface to be cleaned
        3. Apply Omni Efflorescence Remover liberally using a sponge, mop, brush or low pressure pump sprayer
        4. Allow Efflorescence Remover to dwell for up to 10 minutes on surface
        5. Apply a second coat of the best efflorescence remover in same manner as step #3
        6. Agitate with a white nylon scrub pad or other non-marring scrubbing tool until efflorescence is removed from surface
        7. Thoroughly rinse surface with water. A wet/dry vacuum may also be used
        8. Wipe surface completely dry using a clean, dry, white cotton or micro-fiber towel
        9. If surface is to be sealed, allow 24 hours of drying time prior to applying

        Warehouse Rush means your order will take priority in the warehouse to ship out as soon as possible. Warehouse Rush fee varies according to product(s) ordered.         Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.

        Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.

        Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

        Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

        Payment must be made before items ship. 

        Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.

        Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

        Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.

        Returns of open/used products are not accepted.

        Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.

        Shipping charges are not refundable.

        InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.

        Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.

        All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
