Forbo heavy duty floor cleaner was created for when your commercial floor care routine cleaning was just not enough. This commercial floor care product is designed to make tough dirt and grime disappear and only needs to be used a few times a year. The formula for the heavy duty floor cleaner is eco friendly and contains low levels of VOC content. Your commercial floor care will be a breeze when you use this Forbo heavy duty floor cleaner product which is safe on any vinyl, plank or Marmoleum click flooring.
Our heavy duty floor cleaner emits a low odor unlike some harsh smelling cleaning products on the market and yet it will still leave your room sparkling clean. The commercial floor care solution needs to be diluted 1 part cleaner to 32 parts of tap water to ensure great looking floors.

Heavy Duty Floor Cleaner Application:
- Sweep your commercial floor carefully of all debris
- 4 oz solution needs to be diluted with gallon of tap water
- Apply to floor with mop or sponge head
- Let solution sit for approximately 4 minutes before agitating
- With clean water, mop up solution and rinse your floor

Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.
Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.
Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.
Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.
Returns of open/used products are not accepted.
Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
