        Intensive Floor Treatment - Basic Coatings Wood Cleaner

        Basic Coatings Intensive Floor Treatment is a powerful cleaner that is formulated to remove ground-in dirt, tough oil and other residue from wood floors. This is a vital step in the TyKote Dustless Refinishing System. The Intensive Floor Treatment is an aggressive high alkaline cleaner that features deep, intensive cleaning to remove household waxes and polishes. Basic Coatings Intensive Floor Treatment comes in a gallon size. Coverage will depend on the application method and severity of residue. When using Basic Coatings Intensive Floor Treatment it should be diluted following the recommended ratio. Follow directions for use on label to get the best results.

        Aggressive Floor Cleaner Directions

        • Remove debris and vacuum dirt from floor
        • Dilute using a one part cleaner to four parts water ratio
        • Soak clean towels and wring until mostly dry
        • Wrap around brooms and tack floor
        • Refold towels to use clean sides if needed
        • Repeat steps until entire floor is clean
        • Rinse floor by damp mopping with clean water

        The TyKote Dustless Refinishing System two step preparation cleaning process can be completed using the Squeaky Cleaner and following the cleaning methods outlined above, no rinsing required.

        • Whether you are using the TyKote Dustless Refinishing System or any other method, always pay special attention to corners when clearing debris and cleaning
        • Do not mix Basic Coatings Intensive Floor Treatment and Squeaky Cleaner when following the TyKote Dustless Refinishing System two step cleaning process or in any other cleaning process
        • It is recommended to use rubber or latex gloves to prevent skin irritation

        Warehouse Rush means your order will take priority in the warehouse to ship out as soon as possible. Warehouse Rush fee varies according to product(s) ordered. Shipping fees will be calculated and shown once all items have been added to the cart and your shipping method has been selected.

        Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.

        Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.

        Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

        Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

        Payment must be made before items ship. 

        Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.

        Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:

        Please call 866-258-1554 or email to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.

        Returns of open/used products are not accepted.

        Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.

        Shipping charges are not refundable.

        InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.

        Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.

        All returned products must be shipped directly to InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
